BIO 243 - Experimental Developmental Biology

A survey of experimental approaches and techniques employed in the analysis of animal development emphasizing microsurgical manipulations, in vitro cultivation, autoradiographic detections, electrophoretic separations, biochemical isolations and an independent research project.

Prerequisites & Course Notes
BIO 23 or 24 and permission of instructor.
