LAW 2798 - Comparative Human Rights Law


This course explores the implementation of universal human rights in different legal systems, including discussions of the history of the concept of human rights, the philosophical foundations of human rights doctrine, the development of international human rights law, and the national and international enforcement of human rights norms.
