MGT 285 - Business Process Management


Semester Hours: 3
Fall, Spring
A course in the design and analysis of business process. Topics include charting and mapping business processes, measuring and analyzing process flows, capacity analysis, process inventory analysis, and process synchronization and improvement.  


Prerequisites & Course Notes
Statistics for Business Applications Residency Workshop or approved equivalent, BCIS 203, MGT 203. Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate. See specific program requirements. Same as QM 285.
