MSPE 292 - Strength and Conditioning Techniques Semester Hours: 3 Fall,
Spring
This
course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities
associated with the Delivery and implementation of strength and
conditioning programs. Topics include Instructional and
performance techniques of resistance training, creative calisthenics,
Cardiovascular conditioning, speed and agility development, and
plyometrics.
