LAW 3805 - Employment Law This course analyzes state and federal regulation of the employment relationship. Among the issues to be considered are the employment-at-will doctrine; the regulation of wages; worker health and safety; workers’ compensation; the use of lie detectors and drug testing; the regulation of benefits such as health insurance and family and medical leave; pensions and Social Security; and unemployment compensation.
