ECO 169 - Industrial EconomicsSemester Hours: 3 Periodically
An introduction to the economic analysis of the evolution of industries, this
course focuses on the origins of specific economic sectors and the factors influencing
their evolution. A review of historical evidence motivates the development of
theoretical models concentrating on various aspects of market competition, business
strategy and structure, and innovation.
