ENGG 100: Engineering Economy Semester Hours: 3 Economic analysis for managerial and engineering decision making. Capital utilization based on the time value of capital. Methods for the tangible evaluation of designs, projects and equipment based on cashflows and interest. Capital management, present worth analysis, break-even analysis, and rate of return determination. Factors such as inflation and taxes are also covered.
