MATH 071: (MC) Analytic Geometry and Calculus I Semester Hours: 4
Limits, derivatives, techniques of differentiation, trigonometric functions, curve sketching, applications of the derivative, integrals, applications of the integral. Meets five hours each week.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
MATH 050 with grade C- or better or departmental placement. No credit for both this course and MATH 061 or 061A. Exceptions may be made with permission from the department chairperson. May not be taken after MATH 072. (Formerly MATH 019.)
