ITAL 108 - Individualized Aural-Oral DevelopmentSemester Hours: 0.5
Fall, Spring
Stresses authentic intonation patterns, oral proficiency, and listening comprehension. Students meet on an individual basis once a week for 25 minutes with an instructor who is a native speaker of standard Italian. These sessions are augmented by language laboratory and off-campus experiences.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
ITAL 2 or equivalent. Note: may not be used to satisfy the foreign language requirement; course may be repeated; a total of 3 s.h. may be applied toward the B.A. degree. No credit toward Italian major. P/F grade only. (Formerly Individualized Oral Communication.)
