LAW 3844 - Health Law This seminar examines a variety of legal problems arising out of the American health care system. Among the topics discussed are the regulatory mechanisms aimed at promoting better quality in health care and the scope of relationships among participants in the health care system. The course also examines issues in the organization of the health care delivery system, in access to this system and in controlling its costs.
