IT 236 - Electronic Commerce for Managers Semester Hours: 3 This course provides an advanced perspective on managing eCommerce strategies. Students will study applied eCommerce principles and practices across people, process, technology and ecosystems, and learn the foundations of driving customer engagement and profitable growth. Topics include: emerging, maturing and global eCommerce business models and end-to-end operations, such as e-merchandising, digital selling, online order and fulfillment management, cloud computing, agile/DevOps, cyber-security and AI innovations, and the importance eCommerce data analytics.
