Attracting, developing and retaining top talent is a driver of organizational success and a key determinant of competitive advantage. This course focuses on the best practices of talent management including recruitment, selection, development and succession planning. Students will learn to create comprehensive staffing plans that support organizational strategy, and will understand how to collect and analyze applicant and employee metrics to inform business decisions.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: MGT 207 and 210.
Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Frank G. Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate. See specific program requirements.
