LAW 4837 - Wills, Trusts, and Estates This course investigates the law of intestate succession, wills, and the increasingly popular testamentary substitutes, together with the constraints imposed to protect family members and to vindicate other public interests; the law of trusts, both private and charitable; the law of future interests; and the procedures governing the administration of estates.
