LAW 3603 - Courtroom Technology and Advanced Advocacy The primary focus of the Course will teach students advanced trial techniques and the fundamentals of courtroom technology and advocacy. This will be done through a series of lectures, readings and interactive exercises. The course will introduce students to courtroom technology software and create state of the art trial exhibits/documents and demonstratives. Students will conduct full trials with advanced trial advocacy skills of examinations and opening and closing statements, while using technology.
Prerequisites & Notes Students should have completed a minimum of two semesters toward their Juris Doctorate prior to enrolling in this class and completed Evidence.
