ENGG 120 - Transportation Engineering ISemester Hours: 3 Fall
This course is an introduction to the principles and methods used by engineers and planners in the planning, designing, and operating of transportation systems. Vehicular flow models, highway capacity, traffic control, urban transportation planning, and the environmental impact of transportation systems will be covered. Students will introduce software tools for the design and analysis of such systems.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: ENGG 026 . May not be taken on a Pass/D+/D/Fail basis.
