MATH 061A - (MA) Basic CalculusSemester Hours: 3
Fall, Spring
This is a terminal course that should not be taken by students who wish to continue in mathematics. Functions, limits, differentiation, and integration, with some applications.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
MATH 006A or Math Placement scores as interpreted by advisement. MATH 050 strongly recommended. Students may receive credit for only one of the following courses: MATH 061A, MATH 061, or MATH 071. Those interested in continuing on to MATH 072 should take MATH 071 instead of MATH 061A.
