MKT 169 - Marketing of ServicesSemester Hours: 3 Periodically
This course focuses on the difference between goods and services and the impact of these differences on the marketing of services. Topics include measuring customer perceived service quality, gaps in service development and delivery, service blueprinting, customer service/satisfaction, ethical issues in marketing services, and marketing of services globally.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: MKT 101 and junior class standing or above.
