LAW 2601 - Global FinTech Law and Policy This course will create a general overview of the evolving payments industry and how the regulators had been responding to it around the world. Through this course, the student will gain an understanding of the myriad of payment methods based on new technology, the market appetite and how the regulating bodies are shifting their approach. This course will focus mainly on e-payments, e-money, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. The student will be expected to be able to issue spot and ask knowledgeable questions to advise FinTech product developers.
