LING 101 - (IS) Introduction to Linguistics

Semester Hours: 3

Fall, Summer

This course teaches the principles of general linguistics, the scientific study of language. Essentials of phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics are covered, as are topics related to language change, diversity, and culture.
