MGT 171 - International ManagementSemester Hours: 3 Periodically
This course examines multiple dimensions of national cultures as well as legal, political, economic, and social systems which create opportunities and challenges for multinational business operations. Social responsibility, ethics, and sustainability are examined within the context of entry strategies, government relations, control of operations, and management of human resources with an understanding of how these factors contribute to or inhibit competitive advantage in a global marketplace.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: MGT 101 and junior class standing or above.
