RTVF 110 - Introduction to ScreenwritingSemester Hours: 3 Fall, Spring, Summer
You will be introduced to the basic principles of telling stories for the screen, emphasizing concept development and crafting original ideas, as well as the structural foundations of premise, character, and plot. You will learn formatting and treatment writing and become familiar with industry-standard script writing programs. The course will culminate in the completion of a polished short screenplay.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: RTVF 010 . Admission to class by permission of department.
