MKT 225 - Sustainability Marketing Semester Hours: 3 Based on ideas of environmental and social sustainability, sustainable marketing seeks to meet the current generation’s needs while recognizing the longer-term needs of society. This course develops the knowledge and skills necessary to market sustainable products and services successfully. At the end of the course, students will understand the key elements of developing a successful marketing strategy and branding approach for a sustainable marketing offering. The course also reviews global trends and issues that influence sustainable product success.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: MKT 203 or permission of the department chair. Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate.
