LAW 2529 - Birth Justice Seminar This course will provide students with a critical and nuanced understanding of issues within the context of Birth Justice by deploying critical constructivist race, gender, and intersectional frameworks. This course will address a wide range of birth justice topics through interdisciplinary analysis of legal, historical, and public health materials, including caselaw, statutes, and policy documents.
