MPHY 250 - Seminar in Medical Physics
Semester Hours: No credit
Fall
Seminars in topics of current interest and relevance to medical physics will include guest speakers from academic, clinical, and industrial organizations. Students will develop presentation skills through self-directed on-line training modules developed by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine-Radiological Society of North America (AAPM-RSNA) and the AAPM Virtual Library.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
MPHY 214, MPHY 216, and MPHY 218. Open only to students enrolled in the second year of the MS program in medical physics or permission of program director. Pass/Fail only.
