LAW 4701 - Business Organizations This course covers the fundamental forms of business organization: the sole proprietorship, the partnership and the corporation. It examines the nature of such organizations, their formation, financing and management. It also explores policy issues commonly raised in corporate law.
Prerequisites & Notes Please note: Students who have completed the course, LAW 5101 - Business Organizaions (with Skills), are not eligible to register for this course.
