During this course, we will study the American Bar Association’s Rules of Professional Conduct and compare it, and the ethical structure in the United States, to the structural legal systems and rules governing lawyers’ conduct in the Netherlands, Curacao and France.
Prerequisites & Notes This course is for the Winter Study Abroad in Curacao.
