LAW 2534 - Legal Scholarship Seminar
This is a seminar for students who are writing notes during their 2L or 3L year. The majority of in-class time will be dedicated to developing each student’s note through workshop-style presentations and discussion. The goal is that every student will complete a full draft of their note. In addition, the seminar will cultivate presentation and workshop skills, explore different types of legal scholarship through exemplar readings and guest speakers, and provide concrete strategies and best practices to maintain good academic writing hygiene.
