Laboratory taken in conjunction with 131 lecture. (4 hours laboratory.) Synthesis, isolation, purification and spectroscopy of organic compounds, organic qualitative analysis.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: CHEM 004B or CHEM 109. Prerequisite or corequisite: CHEM 131. CHEM 131B may be taken by students who have previously completed 131.
