ENTR 157B - Special Topics in Entrepreneurship
This undergraduate elective course helps students build practical skills for tackling real-world business challenges in entrepreneurship and management. Through interactive lectures, lab visits, hands-on mini research projects, and collaborative activities, it helps students learn how to identify meaningful problems, ask sharp questions, gather and interpret evidence, and turn ideas into informed action. By combining critical thinking, creativity, and emerging technologies including AI, this course prepares students to become more confident, evidence-driven founders, managers, and innovators.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: ENTR 115 , MGT 101 , junior class standing or above, and any additional prerequisites as stated in the course schedule. As individual subjects are selected; each is assigned a letter (A-Z) which is affixed to the course number. Students may take up to two of these courses to fulfill their major requirements so long as each seminar has a different letter designation.Specific titles and course descriptions for special topics courses are available in the online class schedule.
