CRWR 241 - Fiction Writing Workshop Periodically
A graduate-level workshop in the writing of fiction. In addition to writing their
own fiction and discussing their work with the instructor and other members of
the workshop, students read and discuss what fiction writers have written about
writing fiction. They also read and discuss works of fiction in connection with
the study of narrative voice, theme, plot, pacing, setting, character development,
and the creation of convincing and/or coherent fictional and psychological worlds.
Prerequisites & Notes May be repeated for credit when topics vary. (Formerly ENGL 241)
Credits: 3 s.h.
