MGT 201C - Operations, Technology and Quality Management
Examination of how manufacturing and service processes utilize human resources,
technology, equipment, materials, information and capital to create goods and
services. Operations systems, objectives and incentives, production management,
inventory management, quality management and management of operations to meet
special market needs in a global economy are covered, as well as the influence
