OCE 80Z - Off-Campus Education Field Project and Research Report

Semester Hours: 8-Apr
OCE internships and apprenticeships combine experiential activity at an off-campus site with academic reading and study. Field projects may be undertaken in any academic discipline or through an interdisciplinary approach. In addition to the “Basic Learning Report” (see OCE 80), field projects entailing four or more student semester hours must include a documented research report. For additional information, consult the New College publication “Off-Campus Education: Field Project Guidelines,” available from the New College Dean’s Office.

Prerequisites & Course Notes:
Permission of the New College Dean’s Office. School of Communication students cannot apply credits earned in this course to the major. May be repeated for credit when topics vary.
