A seminar in the contemporary issues in quality management. This course will be taught using exercises, case studies, and guest lecturers.
Prerequisites & Course Notes
MGT 207 and QM 286 or MGT 286. Corequisite: QM 291 or MGT 291. Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate. See specific program requirements. Same as QM 290.
