LAW 2963 - Collaborative Family Law Seminar This course will explore a new way of thinking about the role of the lawyer as the conflict resolution advocate. It will examine in detail the collaborative process which empowers clients to settle their own disputes out of court. This course is dynamic and participatory and will involve lectures, discussion, dialogue, role playing and exercises. Students will be asked to reflect on the course content as it progresses by means of a course journal.
