ELED 264 - Dual Certification Program Student Teaching: Grades 4-6Semester Hours: 2 Candidates for the Dual Certification Program student teach for a minimum of 20 days in January in grades 4-6 with direct supervision by University supervisor. Weekly seminar required. Must be taken concurrently with ELED 266. Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: Completion of Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the M.S.Ed. Dual Certification Program with no Incompletes or grades lower than C-, with a departmental grade point average of 3.0 Students must earn a grade C- or higher in each graduate course. Application to the Office of Field Placement by October 1 and an interview. Pass/Fail grade only. Note: Winter student teaching begins in December, the day after fall semester student teaching ends.
