CT 364 - Mentorship and Staff Development in Learning and Teaching
Semester Hours: 3This course explores theory, research, and practice in adult learning, with the goal of preparing participants to serve as mentor teachers, coaches, and staff developers in schools and other educational institutions. The course emphasizes teachers assisting teachers in analysis and design of vehicles for curriculum, instruction, and assessment in light of emerging pedagogies. Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: CT 360 and 361. Open only to students admitted to the doctoral program in learning and teaching. May not be taken on a Pass/Fail basis.
