LAW 3973 - Special Problems Seminars These seminars offer an opportunity for a limited number of upper-class students, usually three to five, to engage in intense research and writing under the close supervision of a faculty member. No more than one such seminar is offered in any semester. The focus may be on special problems in such areas as commercial law, constitutional law, corporate law, criminal law, property, torts or litigation.
Prerequisites & Notes Permission of the instructor is required for enrollment.
