BIO 243 - Experimental Developmental Biology Semester Hours: 4 Periodically
This is a survey of experimental approaches and techniques employed in the analysis of animal development that emphasizes microsurgical manipulations, in vitro cultivation, autoradiographic detections, electrophoretic separations, biochemical isolations, and includes an independent research project.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: An undergraduate course in developmental biology and comparative anatomy, or permission of instructor.
