LEGL 20 - Introduction to Legal Systems, Environment and ContractsSemester Hours: 3 This is an introductory course explaining the legal and ethical environment of domestic and international business. The course covers the following topics as they relate to business and business managers: sources of law, legal systems, alternative dispute resolution, constitutional issues, torts, and contracts. Other topics that may be covered include labor and employment issues, antitrust, regulatory agencies, environmental law, etc.
