MFT 265 - Gender Issues in Marriage and Family TherapySemester Hours: 3 Using the perspectives of contemporary men’s/women’s studies and feminist scholarship, this course focuses on the constructed nature of gender roles, the effects of these constructions on the lives of women and men, and the possibilities for change and individual empowerment that a critical awareness and gender informed therapy can create.
