SPCH 270 - Augmentative Communication

Semester Hours: 1
This course will enable students to develop an understanding of the primary issues in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Various techniques, devices, systems and training strategies will be introduced. Students will acquire knowledge of the population of AAC users, parameters of an AAC evaluation, and funding.
