COUN 278 - Drug/Alcohol Abuse Counseling

Semester Hours: 3
This course concerns historical, legal and psychological factors regarding drug and alcohol abuse, with consideration of counselor’s role and treatment modalities. There are opportunities for observation, field trips and practical application of counseling techniques.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
COUN 224 , COUN 253 , or permission.
