CSC 5 - (MC) Overview of Computer ScienceSemester Hours: 3 This is an introduction to fundamental concepts in computer hardware and software, with an exploration of the history and evolution of computing, and foundational areas of current computer science research. Algorithms, program development, and problem solving are discussed as well as elements and use of a high-level programming language.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: Credit given for this course or New College ISGG 1, not both. May not be taken after CSC 15.
