ITAL 1 - Elementary Italian

Semester Hours: 3

This course concerns structures and functions of language within a communicative framework. There is an emphasis on effective communication, oral proficiency, listening comprehension, pronunciation, vocabulary development and cultural competency. Students also read and write briefly on topics such as school, family, friends and hobbies.
