JRNL 271 - Professional InternshipSemester Hours: 3 An advanced student enrolled in this course will learn to apply classroom experience in a professional setting – publication, corporation, nonprofit organization or other institution appropriate to their major area of study. Students will work at least 120 hours during the internship and produce an analytical paper at the end. The student, the academic internship adviser and the professional supervisor will work together to maximize the student’s learning of practical application of course work.
