MGT 208 - Training and Development

Semester Hours: 3
This courses concerns concepts, principles and conditions of learning as applied to the training, education and development of human resources in profit and nonprofit organizations. Train-the-trainer instruction is provided for developing and implementing practical programs used in these organizations including needs analyses, program design, subject matter, resources, facilities, materials, evaluation and follow-up.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
MGT 207 . Open only to matriculated graduate students in the Zarb School of Business and in other Schools at Hofstra where appropriate. See specific program requirements.
