SED 200 - Information Technology for Teachers

Semester Hours: 1


This course introduces prospective teachers to the applications of information technology in school settings, and focuses on methods for facilitating student learning, communications, problem solving, research, and information retrieval via computer technologies. Hands-on experiences with computer hardware, software, and electronic imaging technologies are provided. Prospective teachers begin the design and initial development of their professional electronic portfolios which continue to evolve throughout their master’s program.
