Irish drama from the beginning of the Irish literary revival in 1898 emphasizing Shaw, Synge, Yeats, O’Casey, Behan and Beckett. Postwar British theater emphasizing Delaney, Osborne and Pinter.
Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes: WSC 1 and 2. Open only to students who have fulfilled the Writing Proficiency Exam requirement. Same as ENGL 123.
