Eighteenth- and 19th-century harmony through 7th chords, extended dominants, chromaticism and modulation.

Prerequisite(s)/Course Notes:
MUS 70A. Corequisite: MUS 63 or permission of the department. Credit given for these courses or MUS 71A and 73. Students should register for 63 and 71 in the same semester and 64 and 72 in the following semester.
