Management of the operations function of an organization. Operations system design, capacity planning, job scheduling, inventory control, project planning, technological issues, and total quality management. Social, environmental, ethical, and international considerations.
Prerequisites & Notes
MGT 101 and BCIS 10 or 14; junior class standing or above. (Formerly Advanced Concepts of Management.)
